Welcome, welcome my dear readers.
Welcome to the blog.
This month is so weird... Of course the whole world is in the corona-virus grasp, including me. My work changed so much and teaching from home in 5th/6th grade is pretty hard.
I feel like I have to be "online" all day, so my reading wasn't as much as I'd hoped this month.
I also feel like I'm neglecting some important people in my life, like my grandma. It's just too dangerous to visit her now.
My mind can't even grasp what's going on... I can't imagine how the kids in my classroom are feeling.
All fun things I had planned this month were canceled. My handbal season is canceled, including training sessions. So I'm currently running a lot outside.
I do get a friend over sometimes, just one at a time and I cook dinner for them.
We're not in total lock-down here in The Netherlands. But life changed a lot. You have to clean your hands and your cart when you go into the supermarket and only 70 people can go in at a time...
Tonight there will be a broadcast from the prime-minister, deciding if the schools are staying closed after April 6th. I'm already expecting that to happen, to be honest.
I hope things are well at your side of the screen.
That you and your family are safe and healthy.
Don't forget to read a good book now and then, I'm trying to do the same.
Stay healthy. Stay safe.
